Return and Refund Policy

All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except for quality defective. If there is a quality defect, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below for new product shipments.

 

Product Defects

1. All parcels will be packed in polystyrene. If the parcel is not in good condition when you receive it, please don't let the delivery man leave. 

    a. Take a photo of your consignment note and the parcel.

    b. Don't sign to accept the parcel, ask the delivery man to return it to us.

    c. Send us the photos and we will ship out a new parcel within two (2) working days.

2. If you accidentally received the parcel and only found the defective products after you open the parcel,

    a. Take a photo of the defective product and send it to our customer service

    b. We will be compensated within two (2) working days.

3. If you found that the product received isn't the same as what you ordered,

     a. Take a photo of the defective product and send it to our customer service

     b. If we are shipping the wrong product to you, you can return back and we will send out the exact product to you within two (2) working days.
